Change the date or time of your ticket right here, no password needed: just the first name and the document used for the purchase.
Rescheduling rules
- One reschedule per ticket, free of charge.
- Ask at least 48 hours before the original time (local time at the attraction).
- Same attraction, type, boarding point and category. Only dates and times with room for your whole group are shown.
- The new date can be up to 6 months after the original (Christ the Redeemer: up to 30 days, the operator's limit).
- Ticket already issued: for some attractions the change becomes a request that our team confirms in writing, to the purchase email. Corcovado Train and Maracanã Tour tickets already issued cannot be rescheduled (operator rule).
- Combos, passes and the Salt Cathedral are not rescheduled on this page.
- With less than 48 hours to go, a change is not guaranteed; converting the amount into a 6-month credit can be requested by email to cancelamentos@proton.me and is subject to authorization.
